Shipping and Returns

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding the weekend. If an order is placed Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Tracking is sent out once order is processed. Shipping is 3-5 business days.
  • If address changes need to be made to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you fail to contact us with said changes, we will ship to the address provided. 
  • Important Note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show. 


1. All sales are final and can't be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.

2. If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided and the damaged item is shipped back to us(we are not responsible for shipping charge).  We can't replace or exchange used items.

3. Please note that we do not refund money by any circumstances.

4. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.
